AmeriPlan Shut Down in Montana
State Declares Discount Card "Fake", Program an "Illegal Pyramid"

Here is the basics of the news:  "Montana State Insurance Auditor John Morrison has issued an order to AmeriPlan USA, a multilevel marketer of medical care discount cards, to Cease & Desist all business in the state. The state auditor claims AmeriPlan had failed to contract with any medical doctors or chiropractor anywhere in the entire state, and with only one dentist. The AmeriPlan web site and some of it's distributors allegedly claimed to have a substantial number of medical care providers, dentists and chiropractors contracted in Montana that had agreed to provide a discount to those who purchased the AmeriPlan card. The state auditor's office claims AmeriPlan has 700 members in Montana who are unable to use the discount cards because there are virtually no providers in the state."

 I would like to hear from some Ameriplan distributors if you get a chance to read this.  What is your take on this?  How will this affect your business?  Are there other states in danger of this happening too?
