I really like this method since it gives you credibility even if you've never done any of this before. Tell them you will be including an audio recording of it in an upcoming product you plan to promote heavily. It also doesn't hurt to briefly tell them about some of your marketing plans so they know you're serious and won't waste their time. An offer to promote a product or service of theirs in your interview or course will usually guarantee their cooperation. After recording the audio interview, rinse and repeat with other marketers, add some "packaging" and your course is ready to go.
