Trying to manipulate or deceive anyone at anytime is obviously wrong, and being a smooth talker will not get you very far. You will often feel the desire to share so much information with your prospects so that you come off as being really convincing. This may get you a representative, or a customer, however, that skill is not duplicable. You listen for what they want, why they want it, and anything else that you can use to determine if your product or opportunity would suit their lives. If it does, you can now frame your product or opportunity, and base it on their needs and desires. The most vital skill over all is to listen.
